The EMD Billy Boy Design was directly inspired by the sheet metal primary covers from the famous Billy's Bike from the Film Easy Riders. The Golden Age of the Panhead and Knucklehead Bobbers & Choppers.

Our Primary Cover EMD / Billy Boy is installed in place of your OEM Dyna Primary Cover and will radically change the look of the left side of your engine
